Do you accept returns?
All apparel and hard goods are custom-made and begin production as soon as an order is placed. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any item after an order has been placed.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Duties, taxes, and tariffs are not included in the shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Please note: All orders require a production time of 7–10 business days before shipping. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. International ship time: 5–20 business days.
